Totems take the Caps to task and Braves play a Jekyll and Hyde match with Chuckanut Bay.

The Totems played a very inspiring wide open game today against the Capilano's B third division team today at Wolfson field.  The blue and gold scored 8 tries along with 6 conversions plus a penalty goal to defeat the Caps 55 to 5. Freshman David Turner was the first to touch down and many others folllowed his lead. Paddy Watson was 6 for 8 on the conversions and added one penalty goal on the day.

The Braves on the other hand did not live up to their namesake, quite the opposite actually. Playing an exhibition match on the day the Braves found themselves down by 20 points at he half. A lack of intensity and a inability by the majority of the team to tackle put them in a considerable hole. A few encouraging words at halftime ( my tongue is firmly placed in my cheek) and the boys went to work. Final score UBC 36 Chuckanut Bay 31. A win is a win and we will just leave it at that.
